Fortinode IT handles Device Deployment Services for SMBs so every new workstation arrives configured, secured, and aligned to company standards. We stage devices in advance, confirm user access, and make sure all critical applications are ready.

Service Inclusions

  • Operating system configuration for Windows 10/11 or macOS with current updates
  • Business application installation: Microsoft 365, browsers, PDF tools, and approved software
  • Security hardening with antivirus, encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), and firewall settings
  • Microsoft Entra ID join (or hybrid domain join where an on-premises domain still exists)
  • User profile setup including email accounts and personalized settings
  • Mobile device enrollment through Microsoft Intune or supported MDM platforms
  • Documentation and handoff with asset tags and quick-start guides. Credentials are delivered through a password manager, never in documents or email
